Think “Dirty Dancing” summer camp meet’s 70’s disco meet Texas hospitality!! Lachlan’s family are the owners of Tyler Place Family Camp - a multi-generational summer camp on Lake Champlain in Vermont. Guests joined from all across the globe, connecting many of the phases of the couple's life together.
The weekend kicked off with some Texas hospitality featuring a Honky Tonk band and pig roast. Followed by the wedding day celebration. The design was a 70’s inspired palette and incorporated subtle homages to the destinations around the globe that the couple has lived. As a nod to wedding tradition, Abby’s “something borrowed” were the same shoes that her Mother wore on her own wedding day (her Sister also wore them) and her “something blue” were sapphire and diamond Cartier earrings borrowed from a dear friend. After the most epic, pink-lit dance floor, guests explored the woods to find a secret custom cigar bar tucked before heading into the late night disco.
